Jessica Goodenough

10553690_10204791804055946_2778978460619112376_o - CopyJessica has international experience of urban sustainability, having worked and studied in France, the United States, Italy, Belgium, Brazil and now the UK. She holds two bachelor degrees, one in Geography, focused on Planning and Territories, and one in History, focused on Innovation, Territories and Development. Jessica spent a year at UCLA, studying Urban Geography, namely the biogeography and green spaces of Los Angeles. Her masters in Sustainable Territorial Development was awarded by four universities, in Padua, Leuven, Paris and Campo Grande, and involved field work from the Po Delta to the Pantanal. Jessica also completed a course in Rio de Janeiro about Green Infrastructure and Urban Ecology, which informed her research work on public spaces in the favelas (Brazilian informal settlements).

Jessica is very excited to be a part of Treeconomics, namely working on iTree reports and Treezilla, the citizen science platform aiming to map every tree in the UK.
